You will need:
- A valid government issued ID
- Your fully prepared document (without date or signatures)
- Computer, iPhone or table with audio and visual capabilities
- Internet access
- Credit Card
Document check list:
- You have prepared the document
- The document has not been dated or signed by any party.
- No Witness requirement is indicated, and it is not one of the document types listed on the home page as prohibited.
- Avoid using Group email addresses. Email needs to be signer only accessible for document security.
- Remember to login at least 10 minutes prior to the appointment to complete ID verification. You don't want to miss the Notary!
E-Sign & Seal requires a credit card on file prior to scheduling an appointment.
Your card will only be charged upon completion of notarization, or applicable cancellation / no show fee applies.
The saved card on file will not automatically populate into the Notary session Software platform. You will be required to re-enter your credit card information upon entering the Notary Session Platform.
