REFUNDS: All completed services are non-refundable.
REVISIONS: Revision requests submitted after services have been rendered on original will be considered a new document and subject to the above fees.
SOFTWARE ID VERIFICATION: State required ID verification by software provider fee is applicable to all states. KBA or Biometrics confirmation provided.
INTERNATIONAL: A certificate of authority is not a requirement of international notarization services. Occasionally, when filing a notarized document in a foreign country, an authentication certificate verifying the notary’s commission is requested. This certificate can only be issued by the Secretary of State in-person to the requesting party once the document has been notarized and recorded by their agency. Certificate of Authority will be mailed to applicate once completed. May take 7 to 10 days.
